Nose:
Warm fudge sundae with butterscotch sauce.
Vanilla and almond with the slightest promise of citrus.
Palate:
In keeping with the nose but now a bit drier with rich warming spices and a walnut crumb.
Finish:
More drying than I expected but beautifully long, lingering and delicately warming.
